West Village... I might as well call it the Great Unknown, because I'll never be able to navigate that neighborhood. 6th Avenue is such a puzzle. Anyway, walking back and forth, trying to find a bar, I pass Patisserie Claude! A year ago, I was obsessed with quiche. I went to every "authentic" French place in the city, to find the perfect recipe. With the move, I'm adding "quiche mastery" to the to-do list. Hell yeah.
Martha Stewart's looks like a beast I can muscle... and KJ has 2 ovens, giving me the freedom to fail twice at the same time.
